Wrath of the Tempest - 2D Illustration

This artwork depicts the superhero Tempest, powering up his lightning and wind powers to demonstrate his dominance over his aerial domain.

This is one of my first major attempts at 2D illustration as I learn a new medium, which comes with a variety of new concepts to master.
